Abstract:In order to solve the problems of knowledge acquisition, expert resource scarcity and decision-making inefficiency of equipment maintenance in unsupported environment, an intelligent assistant system of equipment maintenance integrated with large artificial intelligence model is designed. The pre-trained large model in the field of equipment maintenance is deployed on a domestic high-performance server to form a mobile computing node; a plurality of intelligent terminals are connected through an ad hoc network to form a local support network; and a UPS power supply and a customized field rotational molding box are integrated to ensure the continuous operation capability of the system under the condition of no power supply. The results show that the system can effectively transform the rear expert knowledge into the on-site operation guide of the front-line maintenance personnel, significantly improve the timeliness and autonomy of equipment maintenance, and provide reference for the field application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of equipment support.
