    摘要:

    为满足现代化战争对弹药快速检测的需要,研制一台专用于发射药安定剂含量检测的便携式近红外光谱仪,并介绍了原理及研制研制过程。以近红外光谱检测分析技术替代传统气相色谱法,无需使用化学危险品试剂,检测时间由4~6 h缩减至2~10 min,检测分析误差在5%以内。经检测验收证明:该仪器各项指标均符合标准,可实现快速、准确、环保地检测发射药中安定剂含量,判断发射药安定性。此外,该仪器质量轻、强度高,便于单兵携带,为野战弹药的检测及弹药事故的现场鉴定提供了新的途径。

    Abstract:

    To meet the needs of rapid ammunition inspection in modern warfare, a portable near-infrared spectrometer dedicated to detecting the content of stabilizers in propellants has been developed. The principle and development process are introduced. By replacing traditional gas chromatography with near-infrared spectral analysis technology, there is no need to use hazardous chemical reagents, and the detection time is reduced from 4 to 6 hours to 2 to 10 minutes, with an analysis error within 5%. The inspection and acceptance tests have proven that all indicators of the instrument meet the standards, enabling rapid, accurate, and environmentally friendly detection of stabilizer content in propellants and assessment of propellant stability. In addition, the instrument is lightweight and high-strength, making it easy for individual soldiers to carry, providing a new approach for field inspection of ammunition and on-site identification of ammunition accidents.
