    摘要:

    为提高在设计生产中对MBD模型文件设计信息的运用效率,对可交互性MBD数据管理应用进行研究。结合实际加工生产要求和CATIA平台数模特点,建立MBD信息模型,利用组件应用架构(Component Application Architecture,CAA)和Visual Studio对CATIA进行二次开发,通过递归算法,遍历模型文件结构树,导出模型文件MBD数据,构建了一套基于CATIA平台的MBD的模型数据信息系统,实现了对CATIA软件输出的装配体模型的数据提取,完成了在CATIA平台上集成设计制造的MBD交互应用。通过对CATIA创建的无人机装配体文件进行数据提取管理,结果表明该系统对应用MBD模型问津进行设计生产具有积极意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the application efficiency of MBD model file design information in design production, the application of interactive MBD data management is studied. Based on the actual processing and production requirements and the digital and modular characteristics of CATIA platform, the MBD information model is established. Component Application Architecture (CAA) and Visual Studio are used to carry out secondary development of CATIA. After traversing the structure tree of model file, exporting MBD data of model file, a set of MBD model data information system based on CATIA platform was constructed, the data extraction of assembly model output by CATIA software was realized, and the interactive application of MBD integrated design and manufacturing on CATIA platform was completed. Through the data extraction and management of the UAV assembly file created by CATIA, the results show that the system has a positive significance for the application of MBD model for design and production.
