    铝粉作为一种常见的金属粉末被广泛应用于各类含能产品中,但因其本身具有较高的危险特性,且制备含铝炸药的混合工序需在高温加热和设备旋转环境条件下将铝粉与炸药混合均匀,故安全风险更高。本文采用HAZOP评价方法,结合混合工序中的工艺装置,系统表达HAZOP分析的实际工作过程与使用的方法,并评估了不同偏差引起的后果,提出相应的改进措施,降低了风险等级,为其他同类型含铝粉的混合工序提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    As a common metal powder, aluminum powder is widely used in all kinds of energetic products. However, because of its high risk characteristics, and the mixing process of preparing aluminum-containing explosive needs to mix aluminum powder and explosive evenly under the conditions of high-temperature heating and rotating equipment, the safety risk is higher. In this paper, HAZOP evaluation method was adopted, combining with the process equipment in the mixing process, to systematically expressed the actual working process and using method of HAZOP analysis, and to evaluate the consequences caused by different deviations, and to put forward corresponding improvement measures to reduce the risk level, which provided a reference for other mixing processes with the same type of aluminum powder.
