    摘要:

    为减小航炮在发射过程中的最大后坐冲击载荷,对某航炮虚拟样机进行建模及仿真分析。在Solidworks 中建立该航炮的3 维模型,基于刚柔耦合动力学理论,借助动力学仿真软件ADAMS 建立该航炮虚拟样机模型,在 此基础上对航炮进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:航炮缓冲装置结构参数的合理设计能够达到减小后坐冲击载荷的目 的,对航炮其他结构参数的优化设计有一定参考价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the maximum recoil impact load of an aircraft gun in the process of launching, the virtual prototype of an aircraft gun was modeled and simulated. The 3D model of the aircraft gun was established in Solidworks, and the virtual prototype model of the aircraft gun was established by using the dynamic simulation software ADAMS based on the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics theory, and then the simulation analysis of the gun was carried out. The simulation results show that the reasonable design of the structural parameters of the aircraft gun buffer device can achieve the purpose of reducing the recoil impact load, which has a certain reference value for the optimization design of other structural parameters of the aircraft gun.
